Our love for Old English
Sheepdogs began in 1980, when our daughter Christine URGENTLY wanted
such a teddy bear. As Vreni was born and brought up in England it
was clear, that we would look for our dream-dog in England. We found
Jenny at the kennel "Raydor" held by the family Boyce.
During the first meeting of the Swiss Bobtail Club we got to know
the owner of an English dog and then a doggish love between our
dogs started. |

But first we had to
do our first steps in the show ring. The first litter was born 22.7.83.
That means that the kennel "of Roseville" could celebrate
it's 20th anniversary in 2003. 18litters have been brought up in
the meantime - the first undocked one in 1989 - and we must confess:
The Bobtail-virus is still going strong!
We are enthusiastic regarding exhibitions and have made many friends
at those occasions in and out of Europe.
For us it is of great importance that the puppies are well prepared
for life and we do our best to find appropriate owners. |

During the weeks when we
are raising a litter, on a Sunday afternoon we have an "open
house". People interested and of course the future puppy-owners
can come and we always have a great time together. This way many
a friendship has started. |
